Michael works to support governments around the world in the development and implementation of energy-efficiency programs and policies. With over twenty years’ experience in energy efficiency, Michael has a bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Studies and a masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from Tufts University in Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his kids, biking, playing tennis and ultimate Frisbee, and gradually upgrading his house into an eco-home.
