Neha Dhingra

Neha Dhingra is the Director for India at CLASP, where she leads the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and programs in India. She works closely with national and state governments, industry, and development partners to advance energy efficiency and efficient electrification as critical pathways for India’s energy and climate transition.

With 16 years of experience across India, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, Neha has worked across energy efficiency, clean energy access, sustainable cooling, clean cooking, and industrial decarbonization. Her experience spans policy and market transformation, technology and innovation, regulatory frameworks, and the development of scalable interventions that accelerate the adoption of clean and efficient technologies.

Neha has extensive experience building multi-stakeholder partnerships and working with governments, industry, technical institutions, civil society, and development partners. She has also contributed to regional energy efficiency initiatives, supporting knowledge exchange and the development and adoption of effective policy and market approaches across countries.
