Ericka Ward-Audena

Ericka Ward-Audena is Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting at CLASP, based in the U.S. office. She works closely with regional leaders on finance matters across CLASP’s regional offices. She also oversees the financial and accounting operations of third-party partners, advises on shared cost budgets, forecasting and statutory financial reporting, and leads improvements and implementations of CLASP’s financial systems.

Ericka has more than 15 years of finance experience across corporate, government and international NGO settings, including portfolios in Eastern Europe and East Africa. Her expertise covers financial reporting, audit preparation, process improvement, and building structured systems that strengthen transparency and accountability. She is known for strong financial infrastructure, clear and sustainable documentation, and a focus on accuracy. She takes a practical, solutions-oriented approach that connects day to day financial work with long term strategic priorities. She is especially passionate about building systems that are technically sound and easy for program teams to use.

Outside of work, Ericka enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and discovering new music and live performances.
