Jenny is an expert in research, policy development, and implementation of appliance energy efficiency and market transformation projects around the world. As Chief of Programs, she oversees work across CLASP’s Climate and Energy Access portfolios.  In her 13-year tenure with CLASP,  Jenny led the Low Energy Inclusive Appliances Program, supporting cost and efficiency improvements for off-grid technologies; forecasted appliance efficiency impacts; and designed policy roadmaps for countries across the globe. Jenny earned her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University and focused her studies on energy and environmental policies.
