Thomas Odol is an experienced ICT and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of hands-on leadership across Africa. He has built a career delivering large, complex technology and operations initiatives across financial services, healthcare, energy, development organizations, and the United Nations, consistently improving efficiency, strengthening systems, and enabling better business outcomes.

He combines strong strategic thinking with practical execution. Thomas has led major initiatives including infrastructure modernization, data centre migrations, ERP and core banking transformations, and the rollout of enterprise-wide digital platforms. His work is known for delivering results, faster implementation, cost optimisation, and tangible improvements in service delivery.

Thomas holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Strathmore University, and a Diploma in Management Information Systems from IMIS (UK). This blend of business and technology grounding allows him to operate effectively at both executive and operational levels.
