Jessica brings to CLASP over 5 years’ experience spanning across various sectors including Impact Investing, Sustainable development and Social Impact. Prior to joining CLASP she worked at the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) as a Business Development Analyst supporting financial institutions across the Eastern, Central and Southern Africa regions as they provide financing to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. She also served as a Research Assistant with the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) in the Zero Malaria Campaign and with the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), conducting research in rural Kenya with an end goal of informing financial and resource devolution policies.

Jessica is very passionate about taking on work that translates to improved social and economic status outcomes for underserved communities.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi, Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Kenya Institute of Management and a certification on the Fundamentals of Data analytics for Social Impact Programs.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, photography, and has recently picked running marathons!
