Indira Akoijam

Indira is a communications strategist with over 15 years’ experience leading campaigns, content, and engagement across international development, conservation, and public health. She has worked with organizations such as WWF, UNDP, the Gates Foundation, the International Labour Organization, PATH, The Union, and the London School of Economics. Her professional background includes leading communications strategies, storytelling, film production, media relations, high-profile event management, social media content creation, and editorial work. She holds two Master’s degrees, including a MSc in Social and Public Communication from the London School of Economics.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog Emma, listening to and learning music, and reading non-fiction. She also loves traveling and exploring new cultures.
