Fred Sherman brings over 30 years of senior management experience and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at CLASP, where he oversees the operations, information technology, finance, and legal functions. His leadership background includes executive roles at prominent nonprofit organizations such as BoardSource and the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund & Leadership Institute. Prior to his nonprofit work, Fred spent more than 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
A dedicated community leader, Fred has served on the boards of several local and international organizations, often in key leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
