Shanty is a Senior Accounting Associate on the operations team. She brings with her 15 years of expertise in finance, accounting, auditing, and HR. Her background ranges from handling fundamental accounting functions like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation, to overseeing more complex areas such as budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing. Before joining CLASP, Shanty was the Accounting & Finance Controller Manager at PT Siae Microelettronica, where she managed all aspects of finance and accounting, payroll, as well as some legal and HR functions.

Shanty completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at President University and is currently planning to further her education by obtaining a Certified Accountant designation and pursuing a Master’s Degree. In her leisure time, Shanty enjoys reading, supporting her husband in his work, social and religious activities, taking short vacations, and engaging in conversations with her nephews.
