Arlo Harper joins CLASP as a Dartmouth Fellow with interests in Government, Economics, and Public Policy, particularly tribal relations, energy, and housing. He is a member of the Caddo and Cherokee nations from Chevy Chase, Maryland, and he attended the Edmund Burke School in Washington, D.C.
In high school, Arlo interned at Cherokee Nation Businesses, where he staffed the quarterly Five Tribes Intertribal Council. He also organized a book drive for a mobile library serving the Wind River Indian Reservation.
At Dartmouth, Arlo is an editor and blog writer for World Outlook, Dartmouth’s foreign affairs journal, and is a recipient of the Cobell Scholarship.
Outside of work and school, Arlo enjoys podcasts like Advisory Opinions and Revolutions, playing guitar, and bouldering.
