Rachmat Soebagiono

Rachmat is a Manager supporting CLASP’s Indonesia office. He has over a decade of experience in policy advisory, stakeholder engagement, and program design within the energy transition sector. He has previously worked with organizations such as GIZ and the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), collaborating closely with governments, the private sector, and international donors. Rachmat holds an M.Eng. in Energy Efficiency of Technical Systems from Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany and a B.Eng. in Process, Energy, and Environmental Engineering.

Outside of work, Rachmat enjoys caring for his cat and playing console games, which helps him recharge and stay creative.
