Naté Harris

Naté is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CLASP. She uses data driven analysis to maximize operational effectiveness and employee engagement, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, specifically from a diversity, equity, and inclusion viewpoint. Prior to joining CLASP Naté served in HR leadership at CSIS. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and Diversity & Inclusion from the University of Maryland and is a SHRM-Certified Professional. During her personal time, Naté enjoys hosting family and friends for gatherings.
