Enid Nzisa

Enid is a Senior Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) at CLASP. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, conducting research and evaluations, and promoting evidence-based learning in energy, climate change, economic empowerment, education, health and agriculture programs. She has previously led MEL for different organizations supporting projects in Africa and Asia. Most recently she served as a global MEL advisor with Sightsavers International and before that worked for almost eight years as a regional MEL specialist with Practical Action.

Enid loves data and how it helps make decisions for impacting lives positively. She loves the outdoors and has recently picked up running half marathons. When she is not running to earn a medal, she can be found running after her two boys under the age of five!
