Alba brings over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of business, government, and the nonprofit sector, leading efforts to strengthen energy markets and accelerate technology adoption across Africa and Asia through initiatives that bridge public and private actors, foster investment, and support policy reform.
Prior to joining CLASP, Alba served as Chief Executive Officer of Power for All and previously held global leadership roles at Mercy Corps, including as Deputy Managing Director where she helped shape strategy for its energy innovation platform, Energy 4 Impact.
Alba holds a Master’s degree in International Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from John Carroll University. She is a native Albanian and English speaker and also speaks Portuguese.
