Shirin is an Associate supporting CLASP’s Research team. Prior to joining CLASP, she worked as an Intern at Indufor North America supporting an array of projects related to forest-based bioeconomy investments, land tenure, and environmental/social standards. Shirin graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning. During her time at school, she worked on climate change mitigation research focused on agricultural techniques. She is looking forward to using her background in data analysis, policy research, and design. When Shirin is not working, she loves exploring the outdoors, reading, playing piano, and making ceramics.
