Rebecca is a Senior Associate on the Climate team, focused on conducting research in support of cooling and compliance projects and working closely with CLASP’s communications team to share and publicize relevant research with media and international partners. Prior to joining CLASP, Rebecca worked at the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment, where she provided research and analysis in support of international energy and climate negotiations and U.S. engagement in multilateral green trust funds. Rebecca received a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and earned her master’s degree in International Economics and Energy, Resources and Environment from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. Outside of CLASP, she enjoys drawing, photography, and traveling.
