Rebecca is a Senior Associate on the Climate team, focused on research and policy impacts modeling in support of cooling, lighting, and compliance projects. Prior to joining CLASP, Rebecca worked at the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Energy, Infrastructure & Environment, where she provided research and analysis in support of international energy and climate negotiations and U.S. engagement in multilateral green trust funds. Rebecca received a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and earned her M.A. in International Economics and Energy, Resources and Environment from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, exploring DC on her roller skates, and learning about all things bees.
