She is energized by finding connections in unexpected places and taking interdisciplinary approaches to push for solutions that honor human dignity. Katriana has worked on teams advocating for renewable energy in Florida, leveraging investigative watchdog work to advance international e-waste policy, and researching promising practices for embedding environmental justice into Washington’s environmental regulatory agency. In her free time, Katriana enjoys learning new crafty skills, solo road-tripping across the country, and campfire meals.
